How we calculate

Missed calls per year = calls per week × 52 × (% missed / 100).
Lost revenue per year = missed calls × customer value × 33% conversion. So we only count 1 in 3 missed calls as a lost job; without a callback system, most callers give up.
Payback time = plan price ÷ (lost revenue per year ÷ 12). The bigger your pile of missed jobs, the faster Klantkraan pays for itself.
